Relax Receive & Heal

Relax, Receive & Heal is an invitation to surrender, to let go of the busy mind and allow your awareness to be brought back to the depth of your being. 

Vibrational healing in the form of sound frequencies, crystal therapy and inspired singing will take you on a journey of consciousness expansion, helping you access what your mind, body, emotions and spirit need at that moment to be able to heal and replenish.

Clarity, relaxation, relief, gratitude, love, connection and much more are some of the wonderful ‘side-effects’ of this experience. 

In this 1.5hr event, you will get to:

- Relax your body and mind as you let go of accumulated tiredness and stagnant thoughts and emotions
- Press the reset button and replenish your energy levels
- Experience the expansion your consciousness 
- Access a new level of awareness about your mind, body, emotions and spirit 
- Experience physical, mental and emotional relief and/or healing
- Feel a deeper connection to your spiritual dimension

We will finish this event with a cup of organic herbal tea and a moment to share insights and ask questions.

Just Breathe - Transform Your Life Through The Power Of Sound And Breath

We enter this lifetime with a breath, and it's the breath that sustains us, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. 
It is the vehicle for health and the doorway into our inner world. 

Therefore, learning to work with it can bring us back to state of pure harmony, bliss and feeling alive! 

During this workshop, Dr. Andrew Callister & Laura Gutierrez will take you on an exploration of the breath from a physical aspect first, and then take you on a  journey of expansion of your consciousness and awareness, where tension is released, creating space within you for more connection, clarity and inner peace.

You will then be bathed in sound frequencies, allowing you to simply rest and letting your being return to its natural harmonious state. A beautiful moment of surrender and integration. 

This workshop is for you if:

Priming The Body For Recovery and Performance: Breathwork, Mobility, Ice baths

Our modern lifestyle, surrounded by screens everywhere we go, overly connected and at the same time disconnected from one another, from nature and from ourselves is unsustainable. It impacts our physical, mental and emotional health. We are seeing how stress is now a constant for almost everyone, and how it can impact us long term.

​Breathwork For Emotional Fitness 

Our breath is intrinsically connected to our mental and emotional state. Breathing fast or even over breathing can affect the quality of our thoughts and, therefore, of  our feelings, hence the importance of restoring our natural flow of breathing.

Once we know how to do that, we can start using our breath to help us become more resilient, better prepared for the uncertainties that life inevitably brings, in other words, learning to breathe properly helps us become emotionally fit. 

During this 60min online session, you will get to:

-Assess your breathing and start making changes to restore your natural flow.
-Experience immediate changes in how you feel as you adjust and practice different breathing exercises. 
-Learn technique that can be used for moment of stress, overwhelm, anxiety and even panic.

Completing The Cycle: Release Stress, Let Go of Tension & Thrive!

This workshop is aimed for those who are looking for a deeper connection with oneself. With our day-to-day lives, the chronic low-grade stressors we have become accustomed to create tension patterns in our bodies. Over time, sometimes it feels like we are always just trying to catch up. We can, at times, get stuck in the buildup of stress without clear outlets to unwind from it after. "Completing the Cycle" is about connecting to the full cycle of stress where we need space and time to release it. This workshop is for holding that space to finish the cycle, clear the buildup of tension, and move forward with more clarity and lightness in the body and mind.

Why join us?

Stress is cyclical in nature. There is a buildup to the peak and then the come down after. Our bodies were designed to survive stressors in the past, like chasing lions, tigers, and bears for our food source. Now, in our day-to-day lives, we don't need to do that, but physiologically our bodies respond in the same way to stressors, which are lower and more chronic.

In nature, animals do this well, like gazelles who escape a chase from a leopard. Afterward, they shake as they run off, and that helps them come back to homeostasis and balance. Generally, with big stress in humans, to complete the cycle and come down, we need to shake, cry, or let out the emotion, and some of us actually don't know how to do that. And so, this is why we (Louren & Laura) have created this half day immersive experience, to offer you an opportunity to let go of accumulated tension and create space for new energy, a white canvas that you can choose how to fill in.

The way we will access this in this workshop is by working with the breath, sound therapy, meditation, and nervous system chiropractic adjusting. This half-day mini retreat will allow you to connect deeper with yourself and find a new homeostatic balance, your harmonious state, in your whole body and nervous system. The ripple effect of this will extend to your mind, emotions and spirit.

We will work with low-force chiropractic adjusting, which requires no previous chiropractic experience. There will be no cracking in this workshop. It will be a sensory neural system recalibration adjustment to help you connect with where your body really is in space and let go of some of the underlying tensions. What it feels like day to day is us holding on to so much information. What this workshop will help us do is close some of those open tabs (like in your browser, Safari or Chrome) in your mind and create space for your energy to flow freely.

Meet Laura Gutiérrez

Laura Gutiérrez is a Wellness Coach, Vibrational Healing Practitioner & Emotional Fitness Consultant, who has studied with industry renowned mentors such as Joe Pane, Lama Tendar, Johannes Egberts, Jane Elworthy and in at schools such as The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and Universidad de La Sabana, in Bogotá, Colombia, where she gained her degree in Social Communication and Journalism.

She’s been working in the field of Vibrational Medicine and Coaching for over a decade, supporting busy people to improve the quality of their relationship with change, stress and non-clinical anxiety and depression. Laura’s passion is to help her clients navigate their current life circumstances in a more functional way so that they can start enjoying life with calm, confidence and on their own terms. Her clients have ranged from 1:1 sessions with individuals to group events for companies such P.E. Nation and Woke Yoga, in Sydney, Australia.

Laura is the creator of the Relax, Receive & Heal event, a group sound healing experience that has supported many people in resetting and replenish their energy in just 1.5hrs, as well as of The Love Approach Project Podcast that focuses on bringing practical information to help people to navigate stress in resourceful ways. She is also the creator of The Harmony Formula, a 6 week online program aimed to help individuals find their unique recipe to a fulfilling life.

Laura has helped over 5,000 people through her 1:1 sessions, group events, online programs, meditations, podcasts and videos on different platforms, and loves to be able to incorporate her knowledge as a journalist to bring valuable content to her audience and clients.

Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Laura now lives in Sydney, Australia. She loves to dance, speak in Spanglish, cook healthy, delicious food and practice Shaolin Kung Fu.
